Comprehensive Personas

Project Overview

In a previous analysis, I conducted research on the app OpenTable and Resy. The primary function of these apps is to allow restaurant-goers to make reservations ahead of time. In this analysis, I designed personas based on OpenTable’s app. I created two different personas: one that represents who I am as a user, and another based on a hypothetical user who might use OpenTable too. Both personas are highly detailed and represent a common identity of an OpenTable user.

My Contributions

I was responsible for this project alone. This included research, personas, goals and journey mapping, motivation vs. ability charts, and a persona matrix.
